Getting here
There are a few different options when it comes to getting to Mountain Lodge; by plane, by train or by car – the choice is yours.

If you opt to drive, we have the luxury of our own secure underground car park with 24 spaces. Parking costs 15 CHF per day and the car park has direct access to both Mountain Lodge and our ski boot room, which is linked to our own ski hire facility adjacent to the hotel.
BY PLANE
Geneva Airport is only 1h30 from Mountain Lodge
Although the nearest airports are Bex (LSGB) and Sion (SIR), the simplest airport for international flights is Geneva (GVA) with just a one and a half hour transfer time.
Geneva airport is well served from all of the London airports, as well as many regional airports including Bristol, Liverpool, Birmingham, Manchester and Edinburgh.
Flight times vary, however from London to Geneva the flying time is approximately one hour and 20 minutes.
+ Private transfer
For the most convenience and luxury, have one of our Mountain Lodge chauffeurs collect you from arrivals and drive you safely to our hotel. We have a fleet of Executive vehicles, with ample space for skis and luggage. A little something to eat and drink from us and you’ll be on the slopes before you know it.
+ Rail transfer
More familiar with Switzerland? Try the fast and punctual Swiss railways, especially if it is a short break ski trip. The station is in the airport terminal, just a 10 minute walk from baggage reclaim, and the one and a half hour journey takes you around the northern shore of beautiful Lake Geneva and on to Aigle station, where one of our staff will collect you for the short drive up to Les Crosets. Alternatively, you have the option of continuing your journey by train to Monthey and then via Funicular train to Val-d’Illiez. There is no need to pre-book train tickets, they can be bought from the railway station ticket office in Geneva Airport. For more information on the train services please click here.
+ Car hire
Car hire from the airport can be very reasonable and offers you the added benefit of extra flexibility. All of the major car hire companies operate out of Geneva Airport, however it is worth noting you must hire from the Swiss side and return to the Swiss side to avoid any unnecessary delays. Make sure to mention your need for winter tyres, so that you are not caught out in the snow.
BY TRAIN
Jump on the Eurostar to Paris to easily catch the train down to Geneva
Eurostar offer a very fast train service from London St Pancras to Paris and then on to Laussane on the shores of Lake Geneva. A frequent local train will follow the shore of Lake Geneva to your final destination of Aigle, which is less than 1/2hr road transfer up to Mountain Lodge. Very soon you will be relaxing in our Bar admiring the stunning peaks of the Dents du Midi.
BY CAR
We have the luxury of our very own secure, underground car park with direct access to the Hotel
Mountain Lodge is about 8hrs drive time from Calais. ViaMichelin is a great site for planning your route. On arrival you will enter the hotel via the underground secure car park. A perfect way to bring all your creature comforts from home for a longer trip. If you choose to drive your own car, please remember to buy the Swiss Motorway tax (Vignette), which is available to order online from the Switzerland Travel Centre website.
If you chose to drive to Mountain Lodge, we can offer you the option of secure underground parking at a cost of 15 CHF per day with direct access to both Mountain Lodge and our ski boot room, which is linked to our own ski hire facility adjacent to the hotel.
