Covid-19 advice

We appreciate how difficult it is to predict what the position regarding Covid-19 will be months ahead but here is our cancellation policy so that you can book with peace of mind. In all cases we would do our best to help you in any situation so please contact us as soon as possible should you need to cancel or change your dates.

All booking for the 2021/2022 ski season, are 100% fully refundable if travel is not permitted because of Covid-19 government restrictions on travel. This covers accommodation and airport transfers. We can also offer alternative dates for your stay at no extra cost.

We have been working hard at Mountain Lodge to ensure when you arrive we take care to ensure current regulations are adhered to and where required, health and social distancing procedures are already in place to ensure all of our guests can relax and enjoy their holiday in the knowledge that we are doing all we can to ensure your safety.

Mountain Lodge is a private hotel offering all of the amenities required without needing to mix with large crowds. Although we have incredible fast ski lift systems right on our doorstep the crowds are elsewhere making it more compelling than ever to spend your ski holiday in the Portes du Soleil, based in Les Crosets.
